Peer Teaching Observation

Peer observation of teaching, when implemented well, can be a valuable source of feedback for enhancing one’s teaching. In addition, the documentation resulting from a peer observation serves as supporting evidence that should be considered during annual performance appraisals or promotion and tenure reviews.
